"The room was beautifully clean and decorated well and had an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Very happy with the room and amenities. "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "We had a fantastic time at this cottage and in Wingham. The host made us feel very welcome and was super helpful when we arrived. The cottage is beautiful, and it was a treat to stay in a place like this. Margate is about 30 30-minute drive from Wingham, but there's a seaside closer than that. Canterbury is only 10-15 minutes away, so it was a perfect location for exploring different parts of the local area. We hope we can return next year. "
