"Lack of lighting. Nobody at the front desk answers the phone. The sound of traffic was loud all night and disrupted our sleep. The push carts were all wobbly. Not impressed. Guest kept knocking on our door and disappearing. Will not return."

They went above and beyond to help us find items we had forgotten at home. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It was an overall great stay!"

"If you want a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place. The hotel is close to the highway which makes it loud. The fridge makes loud humming, the air conditioning is loud and off button was missing. You can hear clearly when the upstairs turn on the air conditioner and water. 630am Sunday morning we were woken by loud blower and hedge trimmer. The room smelled like burnt rubber , there was a good 1.5 gap between the door and the floor, and bathroom sink had a big crack in it.
