"Very nice great location"

"This hotel was not what I would.think of as luxury Breakfast is nonexistent. On the menu on the TV they advertise french toast but it isn't an item they have. The elevators take forever. The pool closes at random times. The bed was too soft and worn out. There are no microwaves. In all the rooms were small the pool was small and the luxury was just not there."

"The Hotel is in a great location. That’s all it has going for it. No one at check in told me I had to call to get my room cleaned. I called to Housekeeping Friday morning and was told they would clean it. But they didn’t come until 5pm. I was taking a nap and told them to just leave some towels. Very disappointing for the amount I paid for the room! I would appreciate some amount of money for the inconvenience "

"Customer service was excellent the room was clean however the pool was disappointing thought it would be heated water was too cold and no hot tub was disappointing and no bathrooms was another issue by pool no bathroom and workout room is out dated they truly need to do a better job with both of these areas other then that the staff service 5 stars!"

"The rooms were dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor. They never changed trash cans or brought more towels. Even after asking. For the money you pay the rooms were in terrible condition and extremely outdated. The cleanliness was the worst part. The breakfast staff was rude to guests as well. "

"Room was not as clean as we would have expected. Sink and tub drains were not working properly, Hotel Engineering worked each twice. We still had the same issue throughout the entire stay. Overall, hotel could use an interiors upgrade. However, great location, advantage walkability to most major stops in downtown San Antonio."
