"The guys behind the desk when we checked in were friendly and made check-in easy and quick. The rest of the staff that I saw were also friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before and will again. There is several choices for breakfast."

"It served the purpose for a low cost overnight stay. All staff interactions were positive, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, though the shower did not work. Unfortunately the pool was not available because of maintenance. Breakfast was excellent. Overall it was adequate for an inexpensive overnight. For the cost, I’d stay there again if the need arises. "

"Booked a stay to celebrate my wife and I getting married - we booked an executive suite at what we thought was a nice little hotel outside Bangor, Maine. I even called on 3/18 to confirm we would be able to bring our dog, as it was unclear online whether the room was pet friendly or not. I was told it was - but when I called to confirm our check-in time the day of our stay, I was notified that was actually not the case. We were downgraded to a standard room, as those were the only pet friendly...

"Elevators was down and had long wait times, ran out of hot water on two occasions."

"My friend and I needed a hotel for 3 nights to visit a family in the area. We checked in late and a lovely couple met us to give us the key. The building is older but well kept and very clean. The room we had appeared to be updated. The shower was nice, towels, coffee pot with cups and small packages of sugar/creamer etc. I will say it was VERY clean. We were very comfortable. It's not the Four Seasons but it was exactly what we had hoped for in this northern Maine area. We will be staying there...
