"Disappointed with the breakfast- omelet was premade and squishy- the scrambled eggs were also premade in appearance. I did like the pancakes. I did not like the coffee…. AC was cold but odd to manage. It appeared at one point there was a restaurant attached but now closed. Bushes along the roadway were not kept up… staff was nice."

"We were only there for 1 night, but the innkeeper made a great suggestion for dinner. Overall a great place and would stay again."

"Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing."

"Stayed for one night. Check in/out was super easy. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. I liked that the pool was open until 11:00pm considering we didn’t get there until 7:30pm. The breakfast that is included is nothing to write home about, but it’s free so I guess I shouldn’t complain. Overall for the price of the hotel I would definitely stay here again,"

"I stayed in a beautiful, tastefully renovated 1 bedroom loft in the best part of Old Port with my teenage daughter. The block was lively and we had the best views of it but what was interesting was how quiet our place remained. I didn't need to rent a car as everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. There is an abundance of art and food in this area. Things are very quick to get to. Even the airport was about a 15 minute uber. I highly recommend the Docent if you are looking...

"We had a lovely stay at the Canopy. We used to stay at a nearby hotel when we would visit Portland and decided to give this a try. Glad we did, we actually liked it better and will stay here again. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved taking the bicycles out for a ride. We didn't go to their restaurant or bar cause we like to hit our favorites in town, but they looked very nice. If we had a longer stay we would have tried them. We like the location...

"Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean.asked for a room with sofa but did not get that. Asked for more pillows since had to watch TV from bed but Did not get those. Room was not serviced, and did not get clean towels even when we asked for them. They did not even empty the trash. Front desk did not tell us there was a shuttle. Coffee was undrinkable."
