"I booked a standard king room, and it was exactly that—standard, with nothing particularly grand about it, which was fine. The room did have French doors overlooking the Arnoff Theatre. It would have been nice if the doors could open to let in a fresh breeze and allow us to enjoy the sounds of the surrounding streets. We also had to request a refrigerator and a “Do Not Disturb” sign, which I felt should have been provided.
The highlight of our stay was the hotel’s restaurant, especially Nikki, the bartender. Her personality was warm, inviting, and engaging, making the experience truly enjoyable. I have food allergies, and before preparing any drink, she took the time to check the ingredients to make sure they were safe for me. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She also recommended local places to visit and shared suggestions for things to do in the area.
While the room itself was fairly basic and a few amenities required extra requests, Nikki’s outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. She was a bright spot in our stay and a great example of what hospitality should be."
