"This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget, or if you want to save some money. The hotel is basic, but clean, quiet, comfortable and seems recently renovated. They offer complimentary breakfast and the breakfast area is nice and clean. During my stay the staff was professional and helpful. I appreciated how the pool will close around 10:00 pm and the staff will come and get people out and lock the gates. That insured a quiet and restful night for everyone. I liked the room amenities...

"It was upsetting that we were booked into an accessible room because I informed them I had a walker and ground floor would be easier. I'm having hip surgery and lowered cabinets and sinks are impossible as bending over is very difficult. They did move us but not until we had already gone to the 1st room. It was exhausting having to walk to 2 separate rooms. Not a good way to start out our stay, I just wanted to leave I was so exhausted. But would still be charged as we had already checked...

"Travelers beware! Shuttle didn’t arrive to the airport , the elevator didn’t work, they ran out of breakfast items. Did I mention we were on the third floor? The hot tub was under construction. You had to sign up for WiFi…You may want to consider the Hyatt instead. The shuttle driver from that hotel felt sorry for us and gave us a lift from the airport to La Quinta. Bonus… there was no compensation for all the inconvenience."

"My granddaughter and I planned a trip to Seaworld. This hotel isn’t the closest to Seaworld, however there were amenities at the resort for both of us. There was a bus stop right outside the resort. We were able to ride it to Seaworld and Aquatica. The food at the bar and grill was good."

"Showetr water at 3:30 in the morning was warm. This was very disappointing."
