"The hotel is beautiful! The location is excellent and the staff are amazing. When we arrived my room had a bit of an issue and they went out of there way to help make my stay comfortable and make sure I was happy. No excuses they were on it. My room was incredible with a panoramic view of the beach. ( worth it!) AC works perfect which you need because it’s sooooo hot. The breakfast is excellent and everyone greets you with a smile. "I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived.
I would especially like to thank the young woman at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel.
