"If you would like to escape from the noise of the urban area and indulge your excursion, the ambience and the service in Siripanna might gratify you. The guest service team has some staffs who did a great job: MODDAM & PAT. However, having something need to be fixed. The door handles was hard to open, sometimes it's like... easy to be broken. The light in the bathroom, it didn't work properly. When the AC was working, the sound would be quite loud Overall, I had a great sojourn in Siripanna"

"Really nice staff and beautiful hotel. Wifi did not work well and needed a couple towels for sticky waterfall and was charged $200bht. Also, asked for an early check in and was not allowed."

"We (a family of four) enjoyed our stay here. First and foremost, the staff are wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food we had at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet has a vast array of food to choose from, and we often found that we could skip lunch after gorging ourselves at breakfast. Dinner at China House was delicious and, again, the staff there are great. If there's anything that could have improved our stay it would be to have had more space...

"毎朝の朝食は種類豊富で飽きませんでした。 スタッフの接客や笑顔は素敵です。 部屋も清潔でお風呂などの水回りも安心して使えました。 2階のレストランも利用しましたが、とても良いです。"

"The staff were great. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Was able to get toiletries from the shop 3 minutes down the road."

"Gran experiencia. El personal fue increíble. Vale la pena el desayuno. El cuarto impecable, pero el baño podría estar mejor cuidado. 4.5/5."

"Such a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful!"

"Staff is friendly. The room and property is well kept. Can't hear any street noise."

"The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming, but the two girls who did graveyard shifts to the morning were very nice and helpful. The rooms itself were ok, definitely has been lived in and could use some freshening up, like the grout in the showers. If you don’t get it cleaned everyday, it starts to smell musty which turned us off. Laundry is drop off service only, you cannot do it yourself. The prices are rather steep so I would suggest going to a laundromat or a close by laundry service that...

"Stay there 9 nights and I do recommend however, I will say that some improvements were needed... my shower water was practically cold every day, I was shocked that there was no iron in the room and that they don't provide it, and a long mirror would've been appreciated but… The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and I appreciated the inclusive breakfast, and the laundry service."
