"This is was my third time at this hotel. I found our stay amazing as usual, the bed is comfortable, lots of room in the studio style room. Always clean, nice big 55 in. TV, good Aircon. Check-in and out is straight forward and best of all at a very affordable price."

"Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again...

"***RUN WHILE YOU CAN
My bed had little black bugs all over it. The room had a pungent odor and it is very noisy. When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation.
I didn't stay and had to go and check into another hotel. I requested a refund but unfortunately even though they said they would FULLY refund but had to go thru expedia, they are...

"I booked this hotel in advance because I was truly looking forward to a relaxing vacation after a 19-hour flight. Sadly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing.
The first room I was given was unacceptable: no drinking water, an unplugged refrigerator, an unclean comfort room, and an air conditioner that barely worked. To their credit, the front desk staff were kind and moved me to Room 212. Unfortunately, that room was also a downgrade and came with its own issues: a strong smell from...
