Excellent location

Excellent location close to the river and within walking distance of Jonker street. The room was large and modern. Friendly and helpful staff, and for the price I would stay again.

My thought on 7 Days Premium Hotel

Near to food eating places and can walk around the river near by. Had a shopping centre within walking distance. Hotel had wifi and room is clean

no free parking

the room and location is good. but the car park is big problem. it is public car park and you must buy the couple from 7-11 (nearby the hotel). I got a saman in Sunday morning.

Not Worth to the price we paid!!!

Hotel Location is very near for shopping, however the room is totally in bad condition especially the bathroom. The water heater not functioning and the water leak all the way. TV remote not function & only 2 channels available (RTM 1 & RTM 2). Water boiler not function (x2 times) in 1 night. Poor Maintenance with Rm200.00 per room/night is totally not worth. Please improve your service else I wont recommend to others of my friends and family. Plus, paid summon even park the car in front the hotel without any early information given by the hotel staff during registration. Full of disappointed.

Dusty room and dirty bathroom

I stayed in family room with 2 queen size bed. The room floor was very dusty. The space under the cupboard got a lot of dust. Dirty cups and plate as they dont clean back from previous customer stay. Bathroom also was dirty.

Not recommended

Overall dissatisfying. Dirty toilet. Pillow too soft (hotel staff says couldn't change because all pillows are the same), request extra pillow but it was taken from other room and it is without pillow case (was told that all pillows are kept in the store room and they don't have the key to it). One of the room air-conditioning not cooling (the tried to help, still same).

Dirtiest room

This is the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in my life. Killed about 30 over ants, hole in duvet sheet, pungent cupboard and room.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly. The room is sufficient. To be improved: 1) cleanness of the room! 2) breakfast - don't sell 'with breakfast' if you get only instant coffee and noodles!

Prime location with many convenience stores around

The location is close to The Shore, whereby there are many shops available for my convenience. Also plenty of car parks available at anytime of the day.

Terrible experience in this hotel. First room they provide with few switch not function, and room dirty then we request to change room for us and they okay with this. But when Second room, the toilet got smell and when we go counter to complain, staff are not friendly and just pass us an air purifier and spoke rude words. We was ask for refund then management only agree to change room for us. Third room, room still smelly and tired only this things and just a short rest in the room so we decided force to use air purifier. Toilet become moldy not sure is long time no use or didn't clean well.

7 Days INN Evaluation

We only want to stay one night in the city. But when we arrive, we saw that the city has really many sightseeings and you can spend one full day there. The Hotel is not far away from the centre. In ten minutes you are in the centre. Twenty metres away from the Hotel is a little shop and the next is a really good restaurant, were you can eat "calanthe melaka". It is typical for melaka. We stay in this Hotel, because we are only for sleeping there. And for this reason it is really cheap. Cheaper than the other Hotels in the city!!!

We stayed here for two nights,it just take a few minutes for check-in.Even our room have no window but it still very confortable.There is a lot of hawker stalls and restaurant around the hotel.The fried noodles at night is delicious and cheap.
