Cindy was so sweet and helpful. Knowing weather made it harder to get to lava before check in staff had to leave. Room was perfect. Water AMAZING. Will definitely stay again soon.

It was a quiet location in the town. There is a night time train horn. Easy access to the hot springs. Nice room. Convenient access for self check in.
