"The reception is chaotic because it is at the TOC Hostel ŵhich is opposite the apartment. Lots of coming and going. Two different types of clientele with different needs. However, the hosts were courteous and gave water while I waited. Just be patient. It's worth it. Tony, the host was absolutely fantastic and helpful. "

"The room and amenities are very nice. However, the entire virtual check in process is a nightmare. It took us almost one hour to figure out how to check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful but not having someone onsite makes it difficult.
