Customer service was helpful and for a moderate exra fee allowed us to check in early. The website states check in is 11:00 am but after booking the check in time changed to 3:00pm and that was a red flag to me until I spoke with customer service. "The location is unbeatable! It’s right in the city center, so supermarkets, restaurants, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. The apartment is actually more spacious than it looks in the photos, which made our stay very comfortable. Being right next to a flamenco venue was a huge plus! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the mobile system. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Malaga."
