"Located close to ferry terminal, two minutes walk. Local restaurants near by, bed comfortable, great air con and strong shower. Staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Place is a bit old but it’s kept clean and beds and towels all clean and good condition. Ideal for 3:30am ferry, place to stop and rest. "

"Arrived Boracay, off-season July, with no reservations at all. Sat on a wall with my tablet for over 2 hours, studying my options on Expedia, to try to make decision, evaluating all properties from their characteristics/reviews. My gut led me to choose this one; price was excellent around USD $30, it was at the upscale north end of White Beach (nr. station 1) and was ACTUALLY BEACHFRONT. I was not disappointed.
