"Great hotel and location"

"The stay at the Marriot Kochi, was extremely comfortable. The staff namely, Mohsin, Mary, Shree, Abhishek, Alvin, Rinoy, Rajeesh and Nikhil were amazing, they took real good care of us. Especially when you travel with fussy kids. The food was incredible, thanks to the amazing Chefs and their hard work in running the kitchen."

"Excellent location if traveling to / from the airport. Very spacious and comfortable. Would have rated 5 but held back due to couple of reasons : 1) No elevators: our group of 24 people included two very senior citizens. Fortunately we were able to accommodate them in the ground floor. 2) Even otherwise, for a predominantly airport travelers focused acco, luggage should be expected and planned for. Carrying luggage three stairs up was not fun"

"I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."

"Arrived late night by flight, there was complimentary airport pickup. Stay was good. Room was clean but bit outdated room. Basic facilities There was complimentary buffet breakfast with variety of food. Overall good experience "

"Vivanta Kochi is a newly built hotel, just outside the city limits of Aluva. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was visiting my parents who currently live in Aluva. As this hotel is only six months old, everything is new and shiny. I loved my room as it was very large and luxurious for what I paid ($46 per night). "Even though we only stayed there one night, it was such a pleasant experience. The bed was the best thing. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. The check in staff Ajju and Amal (I think that’s their names) were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet opened a little past said time but the food was delicious.
