Never been talked to like this as an adult

Started with our room not being ready at 13. Np we waited 20 min. Pool was great (24 degrees), very well kept area around it. However, after experiencing the chaos and beauty of the nearby town, we had bought ingredients to cook on our trangia stove on the balcony on our own steel table. The owner observed us and told us no. Fair enough. However the manner of the way he told us make me feel like a child being told off. And further he kept coming back to check on us. If you tell me once, I shouldn’t cook on your balcony, I am not gonna do it again even if I now have to eat chips as my dinner. This made me just want to leave. Fortunately, I only had one night here. The lake is far away, the rooms are dated. The breakfast was good.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Sehr schönes und gutes Frühstück. Liebevoll geführt und sehr nette Angestellte. Sehr ruhig gelegen und das Zentrum mit dem Bus stündlich oder zu Fuß in ca 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Leider hat dieses Hotel keinen Pool ! Man kann einen Pool in einem 1 km entfernten Hotel mitnutzen. An der Straße gibt es keinen Fußweg . Von der Stadt ist man weit weg . Dauergeräusch im Zimmer , welches nicht abgestellt werden kann . Versteckte Kosten , die im Hotel anfallen .

Dejlig ophold. Super flinke arbejdere. Meget søde, hjælpsomme og smilende. Totalt service-minded. Virkelig pænt og rent hotel. Ikke total moderne. Men rent, pænt og komfortabel. Haven er pæn og hyggelig. Men de mangler en pool. Man har adgang til en pool som de deler med deres søster hotel ca 1.5km væk, ned af bakke. Lidt træls, specielt fordi der ikke er sti eller fortorv, så du skal gå på en smal og lidt trafikeret vej. Morgenmaden var lige som det skulle være. Ganske fin og tilfredsstillende. Jeg vil klart anbefale hotellet for alle der bare skal have et godt sted at overnatte. Bemærk den manglende pool. Og så ligger hotellet ikke i nem gå afstand til noget. Så det er bedst at have bil når man bor her.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal,super Frühstück

Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit immer freundlichem um den Gast bemühtem Personal. Die Lage in dritter Reihe aber mit kurzem Weg zum See ( 10 Minuten) und gut 20 Minütigen Spaziergang nach Malcesine ist gut und daher relativ ruhig. Aber gute Touristenbus Verbindung welcher für 1,5€ etwa stündlich fährt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - es werden Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet. In der Nähe gute Restaurants und viele Touristische Möglichkeiten ( Fahrrad, Seilbahn, Wandern) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel Orchidea empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang, großer Parkplatz beim Hotel. Die Zimmer machen einen guten Eindruck man erkennt das sehr viel immer wieder renoviert wurde. Ein herrlicher Garten um das Hotel. Das Frühstück war so wie es sein sollte. Große Auswahl. Kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Tolles, sehr freundliches Hotel

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war mega bemüht alle Fragen zu beantworten, es gab immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und mit allem was man sich so wünscht. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer, mit sehr viel Platz und einen großen Balkon mit Möbeln. Wir kommen gern wieder
