"After waiting in the filthy filthy stinky lobby for thirty minutes ringing the bell we tracked down a maid to ask what was going on she said probably sleeping she rang his personal phone long haired very out of it young male came out couldn't find our reservation thru you finally gave us a room key went up the room was still dirty maids hadn't been there yet at 3:25 had enough took the key back stayed somewhere else you now have my money that must be returned since your services weren't used not ethical to keep money"
