"I booked a room and paid extra for a lake view. The front desk guy was very nice but when we get to our room there was no lake view, we got a parking lot view instead. I went downstairs to see if we can get another room with a lake view but none was available. He gave us coupons for a free drink and free breakfast for two, which wasn’t that good by the way. My son threw up after eating it. Anyway, overall this hotel is ok, clean and nice but I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Pros: Location, pool is nice (didn’t use it though), friendly lady at check-in (Celine), quiet (aside from people in the room next door), free upgrade to a room w/a balcony. Cons: Upgrade I was given was an adjoining room (wasn’t made aware it was adjoining), people next to my room were loud at night and I could hear their conversations. "Frühstück war sehr gut. Tolles selbstgebackenes Bananenbrot und viele eigene herstellte Produkte wie Erdnussbutter und Co. Alles waren immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Die Zimmer waren super und sehr großzügig groß. Einziger Punkt war, dass es etwas hellhörig zum Nebenzimmer war durch die Durchgangstür. Jedoch alles in einem tolles Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert. Der Dutchman Laden gegenüber ist so toll zum shoppen und co. "

"Worst stay. The rooms smell terrible, as if they are not being cleaned and the linens are not being washed. The air conditioner filter is also extremely dirty, like it hasn’t been replaced in a very long time. There were even cockroaches on the pillowcases. Not recommended."

"The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night."

He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."

"When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of old building. The place definitely needs a total renovation. There was signage for smoke free facility and walking up the stairs you could smell marihuana all over the stairs and hallway. The ceiling tiles were stained.
