"Excellent"

"This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. "

"Had a very comfortable stay. Excellent property and well maintained. The staff was outstanding and made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. "WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters. Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good."

"The room was good. The house keeping had to be called a couple of times to get the TV working as there was no professional available then. The room service was highly priced and the quality was not all that great. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms, Professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and safreena from front desk was friendly and helpful. I dont have anything but positive to say about the stay. Thank you"

"Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night."

"Good place with family."

"Needs maintenance, looks run down. Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones. Buffet meals lacks quality. Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on. The shower attachments need maintenace. Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box. Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up."
