Stark Verbesserungswürdig.

Angekommen, Zimmer wurde angewiesen, sonst war niemand danach im Hotel da. Aussentüren die ganz Nacht offen niemand im Hotel. Beleuchtung der Treppe nur im 1ten Stock einschaltbar. Balkon verschmutzt, alt und desolater Zustand. Personal beim Frühstück sehr zuvorkommend.

Kühler Empfang von ca.40jaehrigen am Check in,zb.keine höfliche Frage #wie war ihre Anreise# Abendbuffet ein Skandal: Keine Servietten Keine Frage von Kellerin, ob was bestellen will, immerhin gratis Saft vom Buffet. Kein reis mehr da. Keine grossen Teller. Frühstück nächste Flop; Kam um 9:45 hin, alles abgeräumt. Obwohl man sagte,bis 10uhr. Bekam gnadenhalber 3 alte Semmeln, 1(!) Scheibe Käse und mehrere Scheiben Schinken,Tee, fertigaufstriche,joghurt D.h.kein Nachspeise,Obst,Müsli.

Conduzione familiare, tutto benissimo!!

L'albergo è a pochi passi dal centro, carino, comodo. Si mangia bene anche quando c'è tanta gente. Buona la colazione e buona la cena. Personale alla giusta distanza ma gentilissimo. Panorama molto bello. Biliardo con stecche e palline free!

To good to be true

The pictures of the hotel are misleading. You don’t get what you see. The wellness was out of order, not clean and a mess. If they maintain and clean it, it can be very nice. You have to pay with tokens. It’s not free. The beds are bad and needs to be replaced. The food is not fresh and not maide in the hotel. It is tasteless and you have to ask over and over again for more food, you have to ask for sauce and have to look in the cupboards and chests for all sorts of things. The people who are working there are romanian and don’t speak german.

Gut, sauber, günstig

Saubere, schöne Zimmer, günstig und gut gelegen. Freundliches Personal. Das einchecken war nicht ganz einfach, weil meistens niemand auffindbar war. Die Frühstücksbrötchen waren hart, die Milch wässrig. Ansonsten alles bestens.
