"Our stay there was wonderful. We experienced a travel issue and Andre and Nihad at the front desk were not only extremely helpful but probably some of the kindest people I have ever met. They helped to turn a difficult situation into a much more relaxed experience and I am forever grateful! Everyone we interacted with was also lovely. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"I often need a low cost hotel just for a short overnight, but I want something safe, clean, and affordable (I am female, often travel solo, 50s). This hotel definitely fitted the bill. This trip I arrived late afternoon from Umea, and had a 4:55am train the next morning. The reception staff were super friendly, My room had everything that I needed. I could get coffee from the restaurant at 4:30am in the morning, and there was a basic packed breakfast waiting in the reception. Very close to the train station. Felt very safe."
