"We had a great experience! 3 couples with small children, the kids and adults had the best time, the place is not crowded at all so you feel like the place is all for yourself. "We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff on arrival. Bar staff took ages to serve you and to get your drink. We did not feel welcome at all. Or room was tidy and clean. Bathroom was awful. No separate shower so the bathroom just flooded and there was still a puddle to stand in, in the morning. Out door pools ( 2 ) where wonderful, but staff left a crab in one of the pools for an entire day and night so not really wanting to swim in that one. The setting was awesome, on the beach palm...

"Fantastic rooms (better than the photos suggest!) and staff. The drinks were great, and very generously portioned. The excursions were consistently lovely, especially to the private island which we found amazing. Shout-out to Rocky who was a great guide! Main issues were that the food tended towards being a little overcooked, and the main pool was out of order for our whole stay with no discount or similar offered. Overall though, the hotel and staff were great and we'll probably come back."

"Need 24hr room service for ppl who miss out on meal times if out doing activities and breakfast needs to have more standard westernised foods.,our whole stay nobody used the adult only pool as it was freezing cold an for some reason the kids pool had a swim up bar ,where the adult pool had nothing but deck chairs.,great idea to swap the areas as its very odd for a kids pool to have a swim up bar when adult pool has nothing. One last thing we noticed was between eating times you couldn't order...

"We had a stop over between islands and enjoyed the Sheraton. Only disaster was that we were located right next door to the construction site! And that was early noise wake ups! I would suggest if you were on a vacation with just two, stay in the adults area as between the construction site and all the family rooms, it was loud."
