"11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio.
