"The room was very clean and well cared for. Amenities were slightly below average. Quiet neighborhood but not near transportation. Good and bad. Manager actually walked with me to find a taxi. She went out of her way to help me!! She made staying outstanding!"

"Maison d'hôtes agréable au calme avec piscine et transats pour se reposer. Hote très gentille, se soucie de notre bien-être et ouverte à la discussion (nous aurions aimé mieux parler anglais pour échanger plus facilement). "This hotel is a hidden gem in a popular country. We stayed 4 nights here. The staff was exceptional in setting up a very home feel environment for their guests. We had many conversation and chats even with the other guests in a very relaxing and comfortable evenings. We had dinner 3 nights in the hotel and they are able to indulged my appetite with 3 nights of fish which I love. The room itself was basic but functional and clean. "What a hotel, the room was superb, the bed was very comfy! Ryan the host was brilliant, he gave us some recommendations of where to eat and what to see and do, we took him up on a visit to the Elephant Shoe and an evening meal at Balzunetta - both were excellent! The roof terrace we only got to use once due to it being very windy on our visit but what a great sun trap and lovely relaxing space. I would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone visiting Valletta, an absolute gem of a place"

"A lovely characterful property in a quiet, yet incredibly convenient location. Our suite in the Hideaway was on the top floor with a mezzanine level and outdoor spa pool. The view towards the harbour and of the three cities was amazing. However, for someone less mobile the spiral staircase might be tricky to climb. The hotel was very luxurious and the service first class. We will definitely return as Malta has so much to offer and 3 days wasn’t nearly enough time to experience it all. "
