I finally called them directly at which point the representative emailed the instructions to me with a google maps link to the property location since the homes do not have street numbers in that area. "As I thought I had booked a two bedroom house but ended up in one room with no private bathroom, the kitchen was no clean with pots at the side of the sink and what looked like muck towels. I did stay there as it felt unclean. Very disappointed "
