"Had a fantastic stay in Birmingham at the Holiday inn express. We were visiting as a family of 3 to go to Warwick Castle, Sea Life, cadburys world and a few meals out in the city centre. Anyways the Hotel was fantastic, massive shout out to Elsa (on the bar) Shadara (so sorry if I’ve misspelt your name) and Uma at breakfast. These 3 are complete superstars. From great service upstairs at the bar reception really nice with my little girl, and the same at breakfast. Will come back again due to the great service of these 3 epic ladies! Thanks again! "We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"
