"The booking process was easy & communication up to the date of accommodation was fine. We were given a key code to allow access to the key for the property, & after a full day at the cricket, turned up at the address at 11pm ready to enter our accommodation & go to bed. "An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...
