"There were issues with the tv that were never resolved / the air conditioning sucks / the light fixture was falling and the towel fixtures were broke / pool was dirty / second time on my annual visit only one spa was working / outstanding front desk staff "

"This property is steps away from the village which is convenient to eating/drinking/shopping as well as central to transportation around the whole area. We were also very impressed with the dog friendliness of the hotel. Almost every time we got onto the the elevator, at least one dog was riding with us (not including ours)."
