"Our first visit, great property and location. We were unaware that there were no elevators, We booked the reservation through Expedia and if the elevator situation was listed, then I should have read everything a little better. After taking our luggage up one flight of stairs, we settled in and had a pleasant visit. For older guests, this may be something to consider."

"I ended up in a room next to their laundry room for the facilities, employees were washing at 11pm, the bed was shaking and noisy while they were doing their work. "Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great!
