Clean, safe & comfortable
We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable, clean & we had a balcony. The hotel is quirky in a great location & breakfast was tasty. The hotel is not accessible for people with mobility problems as there are stairs

Great location walking distance to all locations in Hanoi old quarter. They upgraded my room and got with a balcony. Very big room. Special and big thanks to Ms. Anna for her excellent service, and she is ready to help with anything you need.

I got a free upgrade from a superior to a deluxe room which was very nice! Check in was pretty fast. The hotel is located in a small but busy alley in the middle of the old quarter which is easy to walk around. The washroom is a bit small but everything is clean.
