"A lovely, relaxing stay in a quiet part of Mallorca
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is a beautifully maintained, clean and modern boutique-style hotel, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It is a short walk from the harbour- although it does have a graidient.
It offered a good breakfast, and reasonably priced snack menu. The pool area was relaxing, plenty of sunbeds and free towels. There was ramp/level access into the pool, making it suitable for guests who may have mobility difficulties. There was also an accessible toilet on the ground floor. On our last day, we were able to use an accessible room to shower and freshen up before leaving.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which really added to the experience.
The hotel is within walking distance of Porto Cristo harbour, although you would need reasonably good mobility as the walk involves some gradients. The area itself felt much less commercialised than many other parts of Mallorca, which we really appreciated. It had a more authentic and peaceful feel.
The Caves of Drach are literally around a three-minute walk from the hotel, this is worth a visit.
The hotel also had an evening programme and a rooftop terrace with a lovely ambience.
The resort is a quiet and relaxed for a peaceful break away- worth a visit."
"The best part of this property is the beach is a short walk on the hotels private path. Most beaches on the island are hard to access because of long walks and the parking can be a true nightmare. But this hotel has direct access to a beautiful crystal clear blue water sandy beach which was a rarity during our trip. The beach does have a lot of families but that didn’t bother my husband and I on our trip.
The staff was very nice and accommodating with recommendations.
The one area the hotel could improve would be some updates to the rooms and facilities such as the gym. Things were old and a bit worn out. With that being said we didn’t spend much time in the room and we splurged on other parts of our trip.
The highlight was the access to a beautiful beach and views of the water from our room."
"An absolutely unforgettable stay! By far the best hotel experience we've ever had, everything from the beautiful building, amenities, food and the incredible staff. Our room was even better than we imagined and every detail was thought of, the little welcome snacks and wine in the room were a lovely touch. The pool and lounge areas were perfect and the golf course was stunning - and challenging!
Food at La Terazza restaurant was incredible and such beautiful views.
The locations was perfect for us, just a €10 taxi ride to Manacor, with great bus options to Porto Cristo.
One thing I have to shout about is the incredible staff at La Reserva. We were celebrating my husband's 30th birthday and they did absolutely everything to make it the most special time, we are beyond grateful and will always remember their kindness and thoughtfulness. A big thank you to Llorenç as well for helping us so much with taxis and making the whole trip stress-free. Muchos gracias La Reserva, we will absolutely be back ❤️"
"This hotel was incredibly stunning. The property was beautiful and well kept, close to Porto Cristo and amazing beach coves. The hotel was very quiet, even at full capacity, it hardly felt like anyone was there it was very relaxing. A car rental is necessary as taxis are available but not many of them. Food was amazing and staff were all lovely."
"Gostamos muito do hotel. A localização é excelente, com um mercado bem em frente e vários restaurantes próximos. Todos os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem, especialmente o senhor que nos recebeu durante a madrugada. Ele foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos. Com certeza recomendamos este hotel!"
"Fantastic holiday. Accommodation was as described and more than I expected. I would definitely be back. The area is beautiful and a short work to the center. My view over booked the pool which was beautiful."
