"Staff was amazing and very helpful. Stephane the manager helped us when we had a problem with our bathroom and moved us to another even nicer room. Very nice breakfast actually the best we had in Sulawesi. The dinner menu could be more extensive and a bit lower in the price as compared with other places it’s quiet pricey. We can recommend to stay at janji laut!"

"It was one of the best stays in my whole travel experience. I requested transportation from the airport to the port, and a boat to Onongresort. The price was reasonable for both ways. This place is for people who love a quiet place and appreciate the beautiful ocean in front of this resort. (In my opinion, not much for families with small children.) Last but not least, the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed talking with them. They made sure my stay was comfortable and it was my best stay. "

"Only two villas were occupied hence it felt pretty exclusive. Great views and service. The spa / massage was really value for money , with extremely competent and friendly staff. Rooms wise : furnitures will need some update (hair dryer which feels like it’s going to explore & rusty , unstable door knob on the verge of falling off ) . "This is an older hotel. The rooms were clean and large. The hallway carpet is old and a little musty but overall a nice place at a good price. "

"16-26 Mar 2018 stay. Nice place, they are making some repairs/renovations too. I visited in 'low season', and mostly the only one there. Staff is friendly and will do whatever you ask. But you have to ask, and I find this is typical for this culture. I had a budget fan room and it was big and beds are nice thick mattresses, not foam. Food is very good, and plentiful. Snorkeling at 'house reef' is excellent. It would be nice if they had hammocks or 'lounge chairs' for 'down-time'...
