"In an all-inclusive resort, I expect to have food at all times. We showed up at 5 pm hungry from the airport and were told dinner is till 7 pm. There is no other option but to wait because there are no additional restaurants to buy food or snacks. My room shower overflowed and all the room floor got wet; I had to call the front desk and have maintenance come to fix it and dry the floor.
