"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. "The property is creative because it’s an open floor plan almost like it was a warehouse at one point but they do not have air-conditioning unless you pay an additional $30 when the room itself is only $30 a night. It was stifling and the pool is deceiving in the photos. It had algae all in it and the inside of the pool needs to be repaired, no pump running or filter. Also the lack of towels they give you is another issue. I realize it’s a low cost hotel but it has so much potential to be better."
