"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. "Breakfast was like continental style. It was decent. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurant staff was amazing! We loved the food choices. The only thing that we had a problem with was the noise. They were doing a lot of work on the property and early morning they would be drilling and hammering which woke us up. But very close to airport!"
