"Hotel itself was good clean and staff was amazing EXCEPT ROGELIO CENTENO the manager who grabbed a kitten that was in the courtyard and threw him in a van to dispose of the kitten. When I asked him what he did with him he said he moved it and asking me if I was accusing him. He needs to have better ethics and training. What a shame this beautiful property has a human being that is an absolute disgrace to animals. Poor staff that works with him HE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. THOSE ARE...

"Everything was wonderful. There is a mall across the street within walking distance. The food is great at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. The pool was nice and so was the lounge area around it. I had two massages from Yadira that were the best. I had intended to only get one, but after the first, I had to get a second before heading home. If I come back to Managua, I will definitely stay here again. It was a very nice a relaxing trip. "
