"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. "The visual style is just wonderful 😊 The Library was unbelievable, which adds such a value to the Hotel. I enjoyed reading as I listened to a perfect blend of music as I enjoyed the absolute delicious lunch. I was unable to enjoy the Pool because it definitely needed CLEANING and I couldn't risk that while traveling. "Incredibly delightful stay at the Voco. Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, air-conditioned rooms, solid wifi and television, and such a convenient location for the hotel. The hotel also has a small parking lot on site, which was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a tour of the Isletas. The staff called their connection and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for locals or foreigners."
