Room: Clean & neat. Felt sparse with contemporary style furniture and decor. Bathroom: lots of counter space. Pretty, but you have to stand inside the shower to turn on the water and end up blasted with cold water. No fan. A/C unit: wouldn't hurt to clean the vents/filters. musty smell. Halls/elevator: strong musty cigarette odor Fitness Room: hot & musty smell. Towels available. Did not notice cleaning spray, but did not use the space. Complimentary breakfast: everything was 'brown'. bread, bagels, cereal, sausage. Eggs were DRY and unappealing. Skipped it everyday for local cafes instead. Expedia booking experience; had an issue with my email being incorrect, spoke to agent who had cancelled bookings, but still ended up with being double-booked and still working on the refund.

The property is in good condition and seems to be well managed. The management seems friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate, but does not offer many choices for those on a low carb diet. (Hot sauce on the side would be welcomed.) One downside is that there seems to be a lot of street noise audible in the rooms even late into the night. I don’t think that there is much that management can do about this; it’s endemic to the location.
