"The room was pretty clean except the mattress on the couch that turned to a bed. We had several large spiders we had to contend with and they dont clean the rooms but every 3 days during your stay so we just bought our own towels to use. I was very upset that Expedia said the hotel offered an indoor heated pool and my kids and I were highly disappointed that there isn't any pool and we had to pay to go to the rec center to use the pool there in order for them to swim. "Check-in was super quick and efficient. The staff was really friendly. Room was clean, ac was cold, my kid liked the pool, and the free breakfast was pretty decent. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is weak, but that’s the case at 99% of hotels anyway. What can ya do. Overall, this was not my first and won’t be my last time staying at Holiday Inn Express."
