"The property is very bad. One of the worst hotels I stayed. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana is everywhere. Carpet on the hall is also old and smelly. No carpet in the rooms. Everything looks old. Some food on the breakfast looked expired. The positive thing is the staff, who were nice."

We prefer a cooler room for sleeping, but when there was no movement during the night, the system reset itself. By 3:00 a.m., the room had become uncomfortably warm despite the temperature we had selected.
We reported the issue to the front desk and were told that staff could not override...

"Really an ok lower priced option. Building needs some upkeep and amenities are limited. Here’s what I liked: clean vinyl floors in room, bed on a tall metal frame with underneath visibly clean, mattress protection in place and the tv worked fine."

"This is my second time staying at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gainesville Haymarket, and I have enjoyed my experience both times. The hotel offers a good continental breakfast, and the staff is exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I would...
