"The property is very bad. One of the worst hotels I stayed. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana is everywhere. Carpet on the hall is also old and smelly. No carpet in the rooms. Everything looks old. Some food on the breakfast looked expired. The positive thing is the staff, who were nice."

"We were very disappointed with the hotel’s air-conditioning policy. Guests cannot fully control the temperature in their rooms because the system uses motion sensors and automatically resets to 74 degrees.

"Really an ok lower priced option. Building needs some upkeep and amenities are limited. Here’s what I liked: clean vinyl floors in room, bed on a tall metal frame with underneath visibly clean, mattress protection in place and the tv worked fine."

"This is my second time staying at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gainesville Haymarket, and I have enjoyed my experience both times. The hotel offers a good continental breakfast, and the staff is exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The only areas I would recommend improving are expanding the breakfast selection to provide more variety and enhancing the Wi-Fi service in the lobby area. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I would...
