"I did not receive the text message or email with the information required to complete the registration prior to the arrival. Neither was the information of the location of the reception office. I arrived at the hotel location before 2:00 p.m. It was not until one of the facilities employees came to us and guided us in which direction to go to get into the reception office. At that point, we had already been waiting for one hour. After we completed the check-in process, we headed to the room and the door did not open. We went back to the reception office for at least three times, and the receptionist scanned the keys a couple of times before calling maintenance. We waited for maybe twenty minutes before the maintenance person arrived and recalibrated the door and reset the keys. Besides that hiccup at the beginning, the facilities personnel were extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and every day the towels were replaced and the toiletries were replenished."
