"They seem to be short staffed (on transport and hotel restaurant). Hotel also has problems with “HVAC noise”. Request for room change not uncommon. This last trip my room was perfect!"

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"Incredible beach views, rooms are recently renovated and modernized. Great location in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. My feedback is regarding the fine details, which were lacking. We were issued USED fabric wristbands, which act as door keys. Please don’t give me a dirty wristband that a prior guest used and has visual dirt and wear marks. That was the first impression — and it was not good. If you want to reuse a door key, that’s fine — but I don’t want to wear (or be...

"Clean hotel with good breakfast "

"Front desk receptionist was great and gave us warm cookies so good and very professional. It was a nice treat . The shower by the sauna was broke and the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible in the shower . The hotel alone and room was clean and updated very nice stay the fire pit really nice and the restaurant too"
