"The only thing positive I can say was that the people working at the front desk were kind. My room smelled strongly of smoke (in a supposedly non-smoking hotel), and they didn’t have another room available to move me to. Their solution was to spray the room with floral sanitizer spray, and not refund me. They said they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and not through them directly. Also, the room was freezing (even after turning the air off), the shower head was not working...

Body wash was broke off the shower wall
No where to put bath towel when you took a shower
If you hung it on the back of the door and closed the door you couldn’t reach when you were done
Good thing it was only me and my husband so I could put it on the back of the door but didn’t shut it
To me the air seemed a little off
It was in low cool but kept going off
I just thought it did that on auto- not...
