"Was such a poor experience we decided not to stay there when we arrived back in Manchester as originally planned. We drove back to Glasgow arriving home at 5AM rather than stay. I think that says it all"

"Excellent hotel, lovely room and comfy beds.
Just a little slow on serving your drinks but as time goes on hopefully will improve.
Can’t believe tax goes on the bill.
But would highly recommend.
Transfer from hotel to airport is excellent the driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you."

"Staff were brilliant - the bar and restaurant were very busy but they coped magnificently. The Mushroom and truffle oil pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. It's now our airport hotel of choice."

"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier.
