"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"In-door pool was full size, legit. You could do laps if you were into that. Hot tub was ok. The outdoor patio off the pool was a very nice surprise. Elevators are small and slow. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked fine. Easy on and off Interstate 83. Being on Route 30 lots of access to places to grab a quick meal/eat. I would stay again. Staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful."

"There is an iPad that connects you with someone overseas to check in. The room smells like body odor and when I pulled the sheets back there was a feces stain, yes poop. You get what you pay for so if you want the cheapest be prepared to get just that. I will say to their credit they changed the sheets and the shower/toilets are remodeled and new. I would not bring children here."

"Breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel - that and cleanliness. Breakfast on weekends doesn’t begin until 7 rather than 6. We had an early departure and either I missed the detail of the later start time for weekend mornings, or it was not stated. Disappointed with this. The room was clean. Some aspects of the property seemed a bit dated or missed with repairs - scratched, mustiness in hallways - but overall cleanliness was good. "

After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. We informed the front desk and they said, "We're aware. It's everyone, not just you." They offered no timeline for...
