"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"This is a nice modern spacious place but too many flaws. There is a balcony but its in the direct sun all day so you cant even have the curtains open as the place heats up like an oven. No a/c not even a fan. Was miserable. Also the wifi directions are lacking so you have to contact the guy & wait for him to get back to you. Worst of all no microwave."

"If I could give the property and their management a negative 10 I would. Two days before the stay I got a message saying to reach out to them for check in instructions 72 hours before. I replied and received no answer I kept trying up until the day we arrived in Zurich. I kept calling but no answer, we arrived in Zurich at 3pm by 6pm we started to look for another hotel. "Comfortable modern hotel with easy access to airport . Public bus at door but also access to shuttle bus transfers . My only criticism would be poor service in restaurant and bar - one server was ridiculous . He did his best but ended up going to our room with a bottle from the kiosk because we couldn’t wait any longer . We waited over 25 min to try to order dessert and gave up. Frustrating given there were 3 staff mulling around reception that could have given him a hand "
