"DUMP! The room was run down, banged up filthy. carpet was old frayed and dirty. Wallpaper curling up, windows to dirty to see through after paying an extra $60 for a view x 2. Towels and toiletries were a joke. Small old and minimal. I’m not complaining about the price; though it was ridiculous for this pathetic room. There was nothing fine or refined here! ! DUMP! I live in a nice home in Las Vegas and thought I’d enjoy a weekend stay…. I called the front desk upon check in to tell them my disappointment and they told me it had been a long time since they had done any renovations. Sad to say but a DUMP! PARIS LAS VEGAS IS A DUMP!"

"The hotel was a great location, very clean, and the room was spacious. The bed very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet, I slept very well there. A great place to stay!"

"Excellent room, checkin and out should be quicker. But very worried I have been charged 313,26 usd at arrival (113,26 usd cost + 200 usd deposit). After checkout I have been charged again the 113,26 usd!!! And the 313,26 usd charge at arrival is still not returned, and checkout was Thursday and we are already Saturday, very worrying as this is not normal procedure for a top hotel. Looking forward for a quick solution"

"There were hairs all over the shower and the floor of the shower was dirty and gritty. The room was very humid and smelled musty. The ice machine REEKED of mold enough to trigger a gag reflex My husband and I booked a single room for two people, only the two of us stayed there, and we were charged an extra $40 per night for an overnight guest that did not exist. We were supposed to pay $102.04 upon arrival, but were charged $202.04. The $102.04 was supposed to cover resort fees, yet we were charged additional and seemingly random "resort fee"s on top of this. The bed we slept in had a huge dip in it and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Not a good experience at all. Supposedly there is breakfast made to order available at additional cost, but it was never made clear where that could be found."

"Parking to check in area poorly marked. Check in took a long time/slow staff and long lines. Parking and check in took more than a hour. Finally arrived at pool which is why I chose the place to find it closed early for an event. I saw a family in elevator and the small children were very sad about that. There was no prior notification pool would close early. There was a loud party in the room next to mine and guess very thin walls? Overall I’m sad they didn’t value the guests more."

"The room smelled. It was filthy. Tub was filthy, that place needs to be torn down. The place was filthy. The 5th floor in front of elevators the cheapest linoleum all cracked. They charged me 59$ in resort fees and a $100 deposit. The whole room wasn’t worth $100. The lamps were all off kilter and not working. The bathroom was disgusting. We stayed on the ocean view side. There was no ocean and the view was of their parking lot garbage area. The elevators were so slow they took 10 mins to reach the 5th floor. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I would not have let anyone I live stay there. Our flight was booked. And we had to find a hotel on short notice. It was over 200$ with all the fees. I could have stayed at the bellagio. . Really sketchy people there. I do not recommend ever going there let alone staying. It was filthy. Needs to be demolished."

"The hotel had a smell that wasn’t good. On the side I stayed on and the room had no refrigerator they wanted me to pay 25.00 for them to bring one to my room. I’ve stayed at Rio, Excalibur and they had refrigerator and microwaves in the rooms. But all had a weird odors. My Cuz stayed at Aria which is owned by MGM like the Excalibur and Luxor and it was nice clean smelled good."
