"There was not a refrigerator or microwave in a 3 bedroom apartment. We asked for extra towels because we had 6 people but only 4 towels were provided. They told me I had to pay for extra towels and I was shocked. I've never experienced this before"

"Staff were all very respectful and very professional very accommodating security were awesome I feel very safe with my family. Not congested with foot traffic it’s quiet and safe .
