"I WOULD AND WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Staff was great and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comy. The staff really tried to stay on top of the bathrooms which were down the hall. Neighbored is poor and working class, but I never felt threatened or uncomfortable. I was able to get every where I wanted to go for $5.00 US or less. "　まず、従業員さんが皆優しくて親切でした。事前にアーリーチェックインとヘアドライヤーの希望をメールで伝えていたら、到着時名前を言っただけですぐに対応してくれたので感激しました。その他物干し台を持ってきてくれたり、何も言わなくてもやってくれるので、英語が喋れない私にとってはとても嬉しかったです。 　部屋は綺麗に掃除されていますし、広さも申し分なし、シャワーの水圧も温度も全くストレスを感じませんでした。照明も明るいですし、コンセントもいっぱいありました。お水はチェックインの際に小さめのペットボトルを2本置いてくれていて、掃除の時に追加されるという感じでした。またレストラン(カフェ)にウォーターサーバーがあるので皆さんはそこで補給されていました。 　立地はとても良く、レストランやスパは周りにいっぱいありますし、スーパーも7分くらい歩けばありました。その点少し騒がしいですが…私はさほど気になりませんでした。 　色々なマクタン島のホテルに泊まりましたが、次回からはここ1択にするつもりです。"

"This place is so dirty. A cockroaches is wondering on my room,, toilet is not cleaned. Ceilings has cobweeb. Air-conditioned not working properly. Wont ever back to this place again. Customer service is so unprofessional"

"Toiletries etc are not in room, mouse in room, the room requires updating lots of old linen bed etc, very poor condition, relatively cheap. Surrounding area full of bad manner children always demanding money. "
