Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take.
