"The reception staff were excellent and very helpful with booking tours and arranging things for us. The breakfast staff were awesome too, and the breakfasts were very good too, and their coffees were amazing. The Spa was truly exceptional, and our whole group agreed that these were the best massages we had ever had, the staff were absolutely amazing and were exceptionally skilled in both Bali and Aromatherapy massage, hence we would encourage all visitors to enjoy a massage at the Spa. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! "Amazing rooms with private pool (4 of us stayed as a family so we had the room upstairs and the other downstairs. Service was great. Food brought to us was tasty and reasonable. Away a little bit from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. They do have a free shuttle service if you want to go into town."
