Great property beach is sccessible not private, awesome views of surfers, wifi is slow and power goes out, easy 10 min walk on the beach to montanita main town, went with my family it was a great experience

Liked the private beach, good breakfast, front desk people very helpful and understanding with one person un our party being in a wheel chair, courtesy drink was good, disliked the property needs lots of renovations, old paint, Rust, noisy A/C un twin bed Ɣrea, almost got no sleep, Ɣreas behind the rooms no care of wild grasa growing, stuff thrown around the back of rooms

Besides the location, the people are very nice and hospitable. Breakfast was great! The people at tge bar by the pool was soo accommodating. They even assiated us in our surprise cake! I highly recommend this resort!

The hotel is easy to find. It is the northernmost hotel on the beach in Montanita. The men in the reseption just spoak a tiny bit of English. One of the first things they did, was to charge me with some tax. As a foreign tourist i dont have to pay that tax. When i asked what the tax was for, the reseptionist didnt speak a word of english...We didnt pay the tax. I would have expected that at least one persone at a Wyndham hotel spoke English. Actualy we didnt find one Equadorian in the hole of Montanita that i could have a conversation with, in English. Our stay was from Sunday to Tuesday and there where very few guests the last night. We where upgraded from a room at the back side to one at the front. It was 12meters from our bed to the wonderfull pool, and around 50 meters to the beach at high tide. The waves are biggest just outside the hotel, and there are som rocks that you dont see at high tide, but if you want to go swiming or are a beginner at surfing, go 100-200 meter south and the beach is safer. It is a 6-700meter nice walk on the beach to "downtown" Montanita, but always some thing interesting to look at, at the beach. The bar served us som realy good coctails, that was much better than the ones "in town" The brakfast was Ok, almost as good as on more expensive hotels. We where the only foreign guests and are not to used to equadorian food, but we found what we wanted. As i see it, it is the only real resort in Montanita, and i would stay there again

La propiedad estĆ” en una buena zona y frente al mar. La mayorĆ­a del personal poco capaz, falta alguien que estĆ© pendiente de los detalles. En su secciĆ³n privada de playa habĆ­a gente con un parlante gigante, con mĆŗsica salsa a todo volumen, se los dijimos a los del hotel y NADIE hizo nada. IncreĆ­ble eso dentro de un hotel asĆ­. Luego querĆ­amos comida a la playa y la respuesta era: en esta barra hay solo cocteles. HabĆ­a que caminar lejos para buscar la comida. Cero criterio para hacer sentir bien al huĆ©sped. Los desayunos sĆ­ eran muy buenos.
